Electronic tractional block is equipped by an electromechanical arrangement for a tension of tractional belts. The built in microprocessor operates in a mode of traction under the set program. The panel is equipped by the touch liquid crystal indicator, showing the process of extension. A range of tractional loads may vary up to 60 kg. Mobility of an arrangement allows easily transportation.

2. tractional couch due to mobile section in accordance to the process of traction in a static condition can fulfil the functions a classical massage table;



3. Accessories belts for extension, each of them consist of 2 belt sizes (children's/adult).

The ready-to-use device for carrying out tractional therapies

The panel is equipped by the touch liquid crystal indicator, displaying process of extension. A range of tractional loads vary from 0 to 60 kg. Convenience of work consists in the full control traction therapies. Thus parameters of procedure are specified all: a load (minimal and maximal), time of extension, a type of traction, speed of increase of a load and speed of its decrease, time of rest. At any moment of the installed program there is a possibility of variation of parameters of extension. The types of extension used at work on the device are:

1. Static traction – continuous traction. Extension is carried out with application of constant force on a continuous interval of time.
2. The variable traction – differs from the previous one in that the force increases or decreases during short intervals of time.
3. Cyclic traction – during all time of medical procedure, there is a constant recurrence of phases of increase and easing of extension force.

The arrangement possesses system of a security which completely protects the patient. For an emergency termination of traction process the patient has an emergency button of the procedure termination. The framework of the device can be prepared for work in two modes:

• horizontal extension;
• vertical extension.
